We understand with family history the need for time and cost savings. To find someone who has information to share is like striking gold. The Client Research Link Service has successfully introduced clients who have applied for the same transcriptions.
A check of our database for duplicate requests allows us to inform you and invite contact with clients who have requested the same transcription as you.
If our database reveals that the same request has been made previously, we will write to you. Some clients may want to maintain their privacy. We invite you to write a letter to the client who made the first request and forward that letter to us. We will then forward your letter to the last known address for the client to then contact you.
WE WRITE OVER 200 LETTERS A MONTH TO INFORM CLIENTS OF OTHERS WHO HAVE ORDERED THE SAME TRANSCRIPTION OF CERTIFICATE

Our England & Wales Certificate Service commenced in 1997. Since that time we have now built a large base to offer the same Client Research Link for orders of England/Wales certificates.

18 December 2004 Just to let you know that as a result of you telling me there was another query re my great grandmother, Margaret BYRNES... on contacting W.A.PINDSLE he has generously given me a copy of all the information he has on 3 generations and 4 convicts of BEIRNE/ BYRNES of Roscommon, IRL. My 8 year old 'brick wall' has vanished... You started the ball rolling to this happy conclusion.
